Step 3: Shift Into the EPIC Empress State
Stand. Breathe. Straighten your spine. Put both feet flat on the floor.
Then speak this aloud:

I am here to hold space —
with clarity, with stillness, with sovereign presence.
I do not chase respect.
I embody it.”
Now… go speak. Go pitch. Go lead.

Step 4: Identity Anchoring Journal Prompt
Write this daily for 3 days:
“I am the woman who owns the room before I say a word. I lead through presence, not performance. I trust my energy to speak on my behalf — because I am aligned, anchored, and enough.”
